Assess Systems Chosen to Speak at Key Industrial and Organizational Psychology Event

Assess Systems has been chosen to speak at the Annual Conference of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), to be held April 13-16 in Chicago.
The annual conference draws the country’s top industrial-organizational psychologists to discuss current issues and emerging trends in the workplace. Presentations will feature a wide range of workplace issues, encompassing every aspect of industrial-organizational psychology.
The Assess Systems team will participate in three sessions:
-Carol Jenkins, Ph.D., vice president of consulting services for Assess, will co-present the pre-conference workshop, “Coming Full Circle with 360s: Driving and Sustaining Individual and Organizational Change.”
-Nila Sinha, Ph.D., manager of consulting services for Assess and Sarah Glass, M.A., vice president of consulting services for Assess, will participate in a panel discussion, “Anecdotal Schmanectodal: Applying Metrics to Leadership Development.”
– Keith McCook, Ph.D., manager of consulting services for Assess Systems, will be a panelist for “Norming Personality Assessments: Challenges and Practical Considerations.”
